MAHO does not ship on weekends or holidays. Delivery days are limited to weekdays only. If the item you purchased is a pre-order or backorder, please allow up to 3–4 weeks for your order to ship. If you ordered multiple items, you may receive them in separate shipments.

All sale items are Final Sale and cannot be returned.

Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes to the items selected. However, we can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t shipped yet. You may then place a new order with the correct items. To request a cancellation, please contact customer service. Due to time zone differences, we cannot guarantee that cancellation requests will be processed before the order ships.

For custom pieces, please allow 7–10 business days for production. For order status or product availability inquiries, email us at mahothelabel@gmail.com.

REPAIR POLICY

For all repair inquiries, email mahothelabel@gmail.com and include your name, a description and photo of the damage, and proof of purchase. If we can repair your piece, we will provide instructions for sending it to us. Please use a trackable shipping service and secure packaging, as we are not responsible for lost shipments.

Repairs may take approximately 2–5 weeks depending on our schedule. Repairs are free within 6 months of purchase. For items older than 6 months, a repair fee may apply, depending on material availability and the nature of the repair. Some older items may not be repairable if we no longer have the necessary components.

All repairs are subject to shipping charges. We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repair, return, or exchange requests.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

We accept American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Affirm, and PayPal. All orders, including pre-orders and backorders, are charged at the time the order is placed on mahothelabel.com.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international orders, please be aware that returning merchandise may incur additional taxes or duties upon re-entry to the U.S. If you request a return or refuse your package and we are charged fees, the cost of those taxes/duties will be deducted from your refund.

We do not provide return labels for international orders. If you choose to return merchandise, please use a trackable service. We only recommend UPS or FedEx for international returns. We are not responsible for lost return packages.

E-GIFT CARDS

MAHO e-gift cards can be purchased in amounts ranging from $50 to $500 and are delivered via email to any valid email address. You will receive a confirmation once the e-gift card has been sent to the recipient.

E-gift cards cannot be purchased using another e-gift card. No sales tax is applied to gift card purchases. Please note that lost or stolen e-gift cards cannot be replaced.

PRODUCT CARE

Each MAHO piece is handcrafted and should be handled with care. To preserve your jewelry, avoid contact with water, perfume, or cosmetics. Always wait for any lotions or sprays to dry before wearing.

After wearing, gently wipe each piece with a soft jewelry cloth and store it in a pouch or box. Many of our styles include delicate wirework that requires careful handling and proper storage.

For oxidized styles, please note that the intentional darkening of metal or crystal may vary from piece to piece, giving each item its unique character.

SALES TERMS

All sale items are final and non-refundable. No additional promo codes may be used during promotional periods. Coupons cannot be applied to previous purchases. No price adjustments will be honored.
