SHIPPING:
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day.
Transit times do NOT include Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.
PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPING TO A SECURE LOCATION, as once the package is delivered we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. You can also contact UPS to release only upon signature. In the event that the item(s) is pre-ordered please allow up to 3-5 weeks for your order to ship. We cannot be held accountable for unforeseen weather conditions that delay delivery time. Delivery dates are only weekdays. There are no deliveries on weekends and Holidays. We do NOT ship on weekends and holidays.
TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE
All packages sent via UPS will have a tracking number assigned. Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is shipped.

MAHO is not liable for any lost shipments. Customers are responsible for claiming all misplaced, lost, undelivered OR "abandoned" shipments directly with UPS. All customers are encouraged to contact UPS about a missing or undelivered package. In the event that your package is lost or misplaced we will do our best to assist you.
