At Maho, we want you to love every piece as much as we do. That’s why we offer a 10-day exchange policy. You have 10 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange:
Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging
Must include the receipt or proof of purchase
To start your exchange, email us at mahothelabel@gmail.com If your request is approved, we’ll send you return instructions. Please note: items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or incorrect items?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Important:
We do not offer refunds, only store credit or exchange
Sale items and gift cards are final sale
Custom, personalized items and jewelry worn or altered are not eligible for return
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the exchange or store credit is approved.
